Representing the Navajo Nation, Yanibaa Johnson is Contestant #5 in the 2025 Miss Indian New Mexico Pageant. She has carried a dream since the 5th grade—to become a healthcare professional and return home to serve her community on the reservation.

Her journey beyond the reservation has only deepened her passion for uplifting Indigenous youth through the pursuit of both academic and cultural knowledge. Yanibaa is committed to building a future where young Native people thrive in their education while staying grounded in their identity.
